ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, purchasing, using, or interacting with any products, services, platforms, or materials associated with Ware Family Moringa, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

OWNERSHIP & CONTROLLING ENTITY

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Ware Family Moringa brand, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, marketing materials, media, educational systems, digital platforms, and business models are the sole property of: Ware Family Moringa IP & MORE TRUST

All intellectual property is protected under applicable law.

LICENSE OF USE

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access content, purchase products, participate in programs, and engage in affiliate or membership systems where applicable. No ownership rights are transferred.

PROHIBITED USES

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, resell, reverse engineer, or use Ware Family Moringa content or systems unlawfully or without authorization.

All purchases are final unless otherwise stated and processed through authorized platforms. The Trust is not liable for third-party payment processor errors.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
